Track record of delivering consistent profitable results for a minimum of 5 years with high cash conversion and EBITDA margin > 10%
Business Profile
Established profitable company with proven operating history and a strong defensible market position in niche or fragmented market. High degree of recurring revenue and limited reliance on large clients
Team
Capable and committed value driven teams with deep operational knowledge. We are willing to take over the CEO role but are pragmatic depending on your plans for the future

Alpint Partners is led by two Norwegian based partners with complementary experience across finance, strategy, and operations. Over the past decade, we have worked with founders and management teams in industrial, technology, and service businesses, often in situations involving succession, growth, or increased professionalization.
We bring a hands-on, ownership-oriented mindset, combining financial discipline with practical support on strategy, capital allocation, and governance. Our goal is not to impose change, but to work alongside existing teams to strengthen businesses over time.
